Order Cancellations

You have 24 hours from the time your order is placed to request a cancellation or refund.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos of:

• The item
• The packaging
• Any damage or issue

To qualify for a replacement or refund, the item must be unused and remain in its original plastic packaging.

We reserve the right to deny refunds or exchanges if the product shows signs of use or if sufficient proof is not provided.
